After receiving a mental health diagnosis, and several crisis later, I set out to learn how to tell my story. Not any story, my lived experience advocacy story with a call for action around safe disclosure in the workplace, and the reasons why. I also sought to open up the discussion around the negative outcomes of a person, their family, and their community when there is stigma, loss of a job, or leaving a job.

Currently my work has expanded into health equity, equality, and inclusivity for all. I engage with community organizations who share our aspirations and beliefs, NEK Prosper! Vibrant One, Northern Counties Healthcare, Northern Vermont Regional Hospital, Northeast Kingdom Human Service, Social Tinkering.
